Feedback
After delivering the pitch we asked the audience what they thought of our ideas. A lot of our peers thought that all of ideas were good and realistic but some were more interesting than others. The majority of people said they thought that Season of the Witch would be the best choice as we had some interesting and different ideas for the music video. Someone said they liked this one the best as it was the most different and that the song was old which would make it stand out.
A couple of people said they would prefer Sweet Dreams but other people pointed out it's flaws. People thought that the themes of the song would be interesting to explore in a music video. Other said this may be very difficult as there are some themes of sexual abuse which wouldn't be appropriate for our production. Someone also pointed out the fact that there are long instrumentals which will make it hard to keep people entertained and also the song is over 5 minutes long.
The last song choice wasn't very popular as many people said it wasn't as imaginative and as interesting as the first two ideas. They said the music video idea was pretty generic and had been done many times before. They said that it wouldn't be as memorable as the other song choices.
