This video has elements of voyeurism as Rihanna is in the bath and it looks like she is not being watched. Voyeurism means that people get erotic pleasure from watching a sexual object preferably when object is unaware of being watched.

This definitely has a male gaze as there are lots of women in very little clothing. There is also a big focus on women's bottoms. They are also all around the singers which means they are using women in order to make them look more wanted.
